Process Architecture
Increasingly, business leaders are looking for a different way of improving business processes and process automation. Our approach to Business Process Management is a scientific approach with predictable but flexible results.
Our Process architects work with business leaders to validate and solidify their vision. The 4T approach is to capture and analyze your “as-is” process, work with your business to define a “future-state” process and develop a migration plan to provide you with an enhanced operational result.
Understanding BPM cannot be achieved by a single workflow mapping process tool but only by understanding the business challenges. Our consultants listen, investigate, analyze, develop solutions, and then execute them to meet the business goals of each project.
Typical engagements involve:
Define, measure and analyze current processes and systems currently used to operate the identified business area in its “as-is” state and propose a “future” state and a cost analysis for solution implementation.
- Provide process and system diagrams for the “as-is” state.
- Provide process and system architecture proposals to include diagrams and supporting documentation for implementation of the “future” state.
- Provide facilitation and assistance of a workshop to include a review of “as-is” and “future” state with business leaders.
- Provide 3-year architecture, integration and cost analysis for the “future” state (Multi Generation Strategic Plan and business case).
- Identify quick hits and associate cost-benefits for immediate improvement to the business.
- Provide a case study.
